1. What is FF2U Club Loyalty Membership Program (LMP)?
-LMP is a cumulative referral commission points program offered by Best Seafood Marketing (R) Sdn Bhd to reward and thank to our loyal registered members who keep supporting FreshFrozen2u. 

2. Who can join the LMP?
-Anyone who is FreshFrozen2u registered member age 18 years or above and a legal resident of Malaysia.

3. Is there any membership fee required to become a member?
-It is absolutely free to join, no membership fee is required.

4. How to join LMP?
-Simply create an account on FreshFrozen2u website platform. Once done registered as FF2U Normal member, you may click “Join Now” [Referral Program] under [Account Menu]. Once successfully joined [Referral Program], you will become Silver member of LMP and start earn your referral commission points.

5. How the LMP works?
-Once joined the [Referral Program], you will obtain an unique referral link and QR code. Share the referral link or QR code to your acquaintance and encourage them become your downline. Once they registered successfully under your referral link, you will earn commission point under [My Wallet] > [Account 1] whenever your downline/referral’s order successfully delivered.

The best part of LMP is you can earn commission points more than one times as long as your downline/referral continue shopping at FF2U website! This is different from the common affiliate marketing which you only can earn one time referral commission point.

6. How many downline/referral you can have? How many tiers of referral you can have?
-You can have as many downline/referral as you want, it is unlimited! You as a main tier, can only have up to 2 tiers of referral.

7. How the LMP distribute referral commission points to you?
-For 1st tier downline/referral order, you as a main tier will get 1% referral commission point of order amount.
-For 2nd tier downline/referral order, you as a main tier will get 0.5% referral commission point of order amount.

8. How can you use with the cumulative referral commission points you gained?
-You can use the referral commission points to get instant rebate for your self purchase order. 1 point = RM 1. Just tick the [Account 1] under payment method when checkout and your total order amount will get instant rebate. Get reward and save money! Afterward, pay the remaining order balance with FF2U Wallet [Account 2] or online banking payment method.

9. Can you transfer LMP referral commission points, downline/referral or account to your friends, family members or any acquaintance?
-Unfortunately to inform that LMP referral commission points, downline/referral or account are strictly non-transferable or non-exchangeable.

10. Is there an expiration date for Referral Commission Points [Account 1]?
-Your commission points will expired if inactive for 2 years started from the last transaction date and will be automatically deactivated. Any remaining commission points will be automatically forfeited upon deactivation and not valid to use.   

11. Is the LMP associate with other referral partner/program/website?
-No, if you place order through other referral partner/program/website, you will not entitle to enjoy the LMP benefits. You are required to place order directly on FreshFrozen2u website to enjoy the LMP benefits.  However, you still can share the referral link or QR code to your acquaintance, let them become your downline and encourage them to place order directly on FreshFrozen2u website without through other referral partner/program/website. Once their order successfully delivered, you will earn relevant commission points.

FF2U Club Loyalty Membership Program Terms & Conditions

By joining the FF2U Club Loyalty Membership Program (“LMP”), users (“You”, “Your” or “Member”)  agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

1.0 Membership Eligibility and Overview

1.1 LMP is offered offered at the sole discretion of Sunny Appearance Sdn Bhd (Company no 703672U) with an address of Lot 32631, Jalan Sri Ehsan 6, Taman Sri Ehsan, Kepong, 52100 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (“We”, “Our” or “Us”). LMP is free and available to any individual who (a) registered an account on FreshFrozen2u website; (b) agree to accept all LMP terms and conditions; (c) legal resident of Malaysia who aged 18 years old and above; (d) provides valid and accurate personal information when enrolling in LMP.

1.2 By joining LMP and becoming a member, you agree that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these LMP Terms and by any changes and modifications we may make. We reserve the right to change these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion, and your rights under these Terms will be subject to the most current version of these Terms posted on this page at the time of your use or purchase. Any changes to the Terms will be posted on the FreshFrozen2u website https://www.freshfrozen2u.com.my/ (“Site”) and the date of these Terms will be amended to reflect when these Terms were last revised. We recommend that you revisit these Terms regularly to keep informed of the current Terms that apply to your use. 

1.3 Your continued access and use of the Site after any changes or updates constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Site and determine if there have been any changes to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not join LMP and use this Site.
 

2.0 LMP Enrollment 

2.1 Eligible individuals may enroll LMP through the following method:

2.2 For new user, visit Site and sign up as registered member by providing name, email address, contact number, birthday and password. You will receive an OTP sms to verify your contact number. After successfully signed up,  follow program prompts to register for the LMP: Go to [My Account], click “Join Now” button under [Referral Program].

2.3 For existing user, visit Site and log in with your existing email and password. After successfully log in, fill up your birthday to entitle birthday voucher and follow program prompts to register for the LMP: Go to [My Account], click “Join Now” button under [Referral Program].

2.4 You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Site.

2.5 Only one LMP account may be associated with single contact number and single email. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the LMP account, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the contact number and email address submitted at the time of enrollment. Member must not impersonate any person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent identity with any person.
 

3.0 Benefits of LMP 

3.1 LMP is a way which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products or taking LMP related actions. After successfully joined the LMP in accordance with Section 2.2 and 2.3 of these Terms, you will automatically become Silver member and obtain an unique referral link and QR code. Share the referral link or QR code to your acquaintance and encourage them become your downline. Once they registered successfully under your referral link, you will able to earn referral commission point (“PT”) whenever your downline/referral’s order successfully delivered.

3.2 Your downline/referral divide into 2 types: 1st Tier and 2nd Tier. 1st Tier is directly recruited by Main Tier which is you while 2nd Tier is recruited by 1st Tier who is under you.

3.3 For 1st Tier downline/referral order, you as a Main Tier will get 1% PT of order amount.

3.4 For 2nd Tier downline/referral order, you as a Main Tier will get 0.5% PT of order amount.

3.5 Example: If 1st Tier downline/ referral order amount is RM 256, you as Main Tier will get 2.56 PT; If 2nd Tier downline/referral order amount is RM 256, you as Main Tier will get 1.28 PT.

3.6 Shipping fee charges and/or using commission points for instant rebate are not included within the total order amount to entitle get PT.  

3.7 Example: If 1st Tier downline/referral order amount is RM396 and use 20 commission point to get instant rebate and become RM376,  you as Main Tier will get 3.76 PT instead of 3.96 PT.

3.8 All PT will be distributed to your [My Wallet] > [Account 1]. 1 PT equal to 1 Malaysian Ringgit (RM1). You can use PT to get instant rebate during checkout when purchasing on Site.  

3.9 PT are strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-shared, non-combined and/or non-withdraw. PT only can used by account holder and apply on Site.  

3.10 Order through other referral partner/program/website such as Shop.com not consider eligible purchase and will not entitle to get PT. Order must be placed directly on Site without through any referral partner/program/website in order to qualify as eligible purchase and entitle to get PT.
 

4.0 Type of Membership 

4.1 LMP has 2 types of membership: Silver and Gold. You will automatically become Silver member after successfully join LMP. Silver membership is permanent based; Gold membership is upgrading/maintaining based on quarterly calculation basic.

4.2 Every 1st January will be updated as new year. One year has 4 quarters in total, 1 quarter consists of 3 months (January to March, April to June, July to September, October to December).  

4.3 Silver member is required to fulfill certain designated criteria within 1 quarter time range, once achieved, your membership will upgrade from Silver to Gold in the next quarter. For example, if you have fulfilled certain designated criteria within the validity period in 1st quarter, you will be upgraded and become a Gold member starting from 2nd quarter. If you did not fulfill certain designated criteria within the validity period in 2nd quarter, you will be downgraded and become a Silver member in 3rd quarter.

4.4 You are required to fulfill the below criteria for upgrading to Gold member:

(1) You must at least purchase 1 time on Site per year and

(2) You need to self-purchase on Site at least RM1,000 , or

(3) Your [Account 1] PT has reached at least 50 PT, or

(4) You have at least 5 active downline/referral no matter is 1st Tier or 2nd Tier who spend at least 1 time within the quarter period on Site. Duplicate orders from a single same active downline/referral still consider as 1 active downline/referral.  

4.3 Gold membership benefits are as below:

(1) For 1st Tier downline/referral orders, you as a Main Tier will get 1.5% PT of order amount.

(2) For 2nd Tier downline/referral orders, you as a Main Tier will get 1% PT of order amount.
 

5.0 Refund Application

5.1 Members are able to submit refund request applications under [My Order] after the order is successfully delivered within 7 days. Once exceed the 7 days started from the delivery date, the refund request application will not be entertained by FF2U.

5.2 Once FF2U admin is done investigating and reviewing the refund request application, will proceed to handle failed or approved refund requests.

5.3 For approved refund requests from 1st Tier and 2nd Tier downline/referral’s orders, you as a Main Tier [Account 1] PT will be deducted accordingly. For example, if 1st Tier downline/referral total order amount was RM376, you as a Main Tier will get 3.76 PT, however, if 1st Tier downline/referral has made RM76 refund request for certain products and approved by FF2U admin, your PT will be deducted automatically from 3.76 PT to 3.00 PT.  

6.0 Termination and Modification

6.1 LMP and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, at our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms, our FAQs, and/or the LMP or any aspect or feature of the LMP at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.

6.2 We reserve the right, at any time, in our sole discretion to: (a) exclude you from participation in the LMP; (b) discontinue your participation in the LMP; and/or (c) suspend or audit your membership account for any amount of time without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the LMP, failure to follow any Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any LMP rewards and/or benefits, may result in the revocation of your membership, loss of accrued PT, and make you ineligible for further participation in the LMP. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically forfeit and your access to the LMP and features will automatically terminate, in our sole discretion. If, in our sole discretion, we suspect fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action.

6.3 For account inactivity for 2 years starting from the last purchase date scenario, you will receive 3 reminder email notification attempts sent by FF2U. 3 email notifications will be divided into 3 different weeks to send to your registered email address. If you have made any purchase on Site after received 1st or 2nd reminder email notification, account will change back to active status and will not receive the rest of reminder email notifications.  

6.4 If you did not make any purchase action on Site after receive 3 reminder email notifications, your LMP account will be terminated on 4th week.

6.4 Once your LMP account terminated, your [Account 1] PT will forfeit and you can not retrieve. Retrieval of PT request will not be entertained by FF2U.   

6.5 You may register a new LMP account with the same contact number and email address if your old LMP account is terminated due to inactivity for 2 years.    

6.6 If one LMP account is terminated, his or her downline will automatically elevate from 1st Tier to Main Tier or 2nd Tier to 1st Tier and enjoy the new benefits.

6.7 If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the LMP, you may cancel your membership by contacting 012-638 6021 or emailing enquiry@freshfrozen2u.com.my. If you cancel your membership, you will lose all accumulated points and your benefits will automatically expire.
 

7.0 Marketing and Promotion Communication

7.1 By enrolling in the LMP, you will be automatically subscribed to receive and consent to receive FF2U marketing emails and LMP-related emails, including LMP marketing emails. Examples of LMP-related emails include, but are not limited to, LMP update email, order placed emails, limited-time promotion emails, profile update emails, or other communications that relate to your account.

7.2 If you terminate your LMP membership, you will no longer receive LMP-related communications.
 

8.0 Privacy

8.1 We value your privacy. The personal information collected from you in connection with the LMP, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your LMP membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the FreshFrozen2u Privacy Policy. Without limiting the foregoing, we will use and retain your personal information to (a) provide goods and services to you, such as servicing and maintaining your LMP membership with us; (b) protect against deceptive and fraudulent activity; (c) enable internal uses that are consistent with our Privacy Policy; and (d) comply with a legal obligation.
